patna high court cr.misc. no.2264 of 2012 (2) dt.24-01-2012 in the high court of judicature at patna criminal miscellaneous no.2264 of 2012 ====================================================== radha rani .... .... petitioner. versus the state of bihar .... .... opposite party. ====================================================== coram: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh oral order (per: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh”24. 01-2012 heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the state. the petitioner being the mother of husband is apprehending her arrest in a case registered under sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 498a and 504/34 of the indian penal code and of the d. p. act. the accusation is of making assault to the informant. it is submitted that victim received eight injuries. it appears that other accused persons have been granted regular bail by this court vide cr. misc. no. 31885 of 2011. i see no reason for the learned court below to give same privilege to the petitioner provided the petitioner appears before learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with simari p.s. case no. 121 of 2011 pending in the court of the learned c.j.m., darbhanga. patna high court cr.misc. no.2264 of 2012 (2) dt.24-01-2012 with this observation, this application is disposed off. let the order be faxed to the learned court below at the cost of the petitioner.
