24. 01-2012 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 376 of the I.P.C. Accusation is of establishing forceful physical relationship. It is submitted that the medical examination report did not actually support the accusation and the police also, during investigation found the accusation false and submitted final form, but differing with the same, cognizance has been taken. It appears that victim has subsequently denied the accusation by filing petition to that effect.
