24. 01-2012 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 504, 506 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act. There is general accusation against F.I.R. named accused persons and twenty five unknown with accusation of setting the house of the informant on fire.
