in the high court of judicature at patna criminal miscellaneous no.2145 of 2012 ====================================================== dhiru singh .... .... petitioner/s versus the state of bihar .... .... opposite party/s ====================================================== coram: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh oral order (per: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh”24. 01-2012 petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences under sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 504, 506 of the i.p.c. and section 27 of the arms act. there is general accusation against f.i.r. named accused persons and twenty five unknown with accusation of setting the house of the informant on fire. it is submitted that occurrence took place on 08.09.2010 but the f.i.r. was lodged on 16.09.2010 by the informants side in order to save their skin in connection with wazirganj p.s. case no. 213 of 2010 registered under section 302 of the i.p.c. at the behest of petitioners side since from the petitioners side one person was killed at the hands of the informants side. considering the delayed lodging of the f.i.r. and the case lodged by the petitioners side at earlier point of time, let the petitioner namely dhiru singh, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned chief judicial magistrate, gaya in connection with wazirganj p.s. case no. 222 of 2010.
