.....high court cr.misc. no.2221 of 2012 (2) dt.24-01-2012 it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that mukhiyas got solar lights installed merely on the direction of the concerned d.d.c. who directed to purchase from specific shop and thereafter the materials were purchased. it is further submitted that other similarly situated accused have been granted bail vide cr. misc. no. 42394 of 2011 and 438 of 2012. considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before learned court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned chief judicial magistrate, sitamarhi in connection with sitamarhi p.s. case no. 595 of 2010. 24. 01-2012 Petitioners being Mukhia of the Gram Panchayat are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the I.P.C. and Sections 63, 65, 68 of the Copy Right Act. It is alleged that co-accused Dipendra Kumar Mishra along with Ashok Kumar used to supply duplicate Solar Lights to various Gram Panchayats without having VAT registration. It is further alleged that petitioners along with other Mukhiyas used to direct supply of Solar Lights from the specific shop. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2221 of 2012 (2) dt.24-01-2012 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that Mukhiyas got Solar Lights installed merely on the direction of the concerned D.D.C. who directed to purchase from specific shop and thereafter the materials were purchased. It is further submitted that other similarly situated accused have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 42394 of 2011 and 438 of 2012. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S.
