JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI) 02/ 24-01-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional P.P. Petitioner happens to be absconder on account of his absence since 22.6.2002. Petitioner has surrendered on his own on 17.10.2011 and since thereafter he is in custody. Taking into account the conduct of the petitioner, inconsonance with the period of detention, petitioner Sanjay Kumar Sonar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned lower court in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 250 of 1999, subject to condition that one of the bailor should be a govt. servant. The order impugned will come into operation only after framing of charge. DKS/- (Adiya Kumar Trivedi, J.)
