24. 01-2012 Having heard counsel for the parties and taking Patna High Court MJC No.320 of 2011 (5) dt.24-01-2012 2 into account that a reasoned order has been passed by the Principal Secretary of Panchayati Raj Department on 21.1.2012 this Court would hold that the direction given in the order dated 19.5.2009 in C.W.J.C.No. 7216/2002 has been complied in letter and spirit. Learned counsel for the petitioner also does not dispute this position but he would submit that the petitioner may be given liberty to assail the aforementioned order in accordance with law.
