Opp. Party. ---------------------------------- 02/ 24.01.2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code with regard to the recovery of 2100 liters of kerosene oil for which he has not produced any paper. The petitioner was arrested along with one co- accused Nirmal Kumar Das who has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 02.01.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44872 of 2011 and the case of the petitioner is on similar footing. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.
