Public Prosecutor for the State assisted by learned counsel for the informant. Petitioner is husband of the informant and admittedly, prior to filing of the present case, informant had filed Bihta P.S. Case no. 245/2010 in which petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this court with certain conditions and when the informant again went to her in-laws house, she was mercilessly beaten by the petitioner and his other family members. Learned counsel for the informant drew my attention towards annexure- C to the counter affidavit and submitted that informant has received grievous injury on her head. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case no. 154/2011 pending in the court of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur (Patna) is, hereby, rejected. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J)
