24. 01-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of withdrawing the money of the informant by utilizing ATM card. One Narendra Kumar Singh @ Pintu was arrested who confessed his guilt and disclosed the name of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner. A statement has been made that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2030 of 2012 (2) dt.24-01- 2/22012 period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing the bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra In connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 156 of 2011 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J.) Amrendra/-
