in the high court of judicature at patna criminal miscellaneous no.329 of 2012 ====================================================== ramgulam singh .... .... petitioner/s versus the state of bihar .... .... opposite party/s ====================================================== coram: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh oral order (per: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh”24. 01-2012 heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the state. the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with jaynagar p.s. case no. 173 of 2011 registered under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the indian penal code pending in the court of learned chief judicial magistrate, madhubani. it is alleged that the petitioner repeatedly gave dagger blow to the son of the informant. it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been found to be simple which reflects the intention of the petitioner. in view of this court, it is a fit case for consideration of regular bail. with the above observation, the application is, patna high court cr.misc. no.329 of 2012 (4) dt.24-01-2012 2/2 accordingly, disposed off. let the order be transmitted to the learned court below through fax at the cost of the petitioner.
