24. 01-2012 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 420, 468, 120B, 323, 504/34 of the I.P.C. Accusation is of preparing fabricated deed with regard to the land in conspiracy with others. Initially the complaint was dismissed but in pursuance to the revisional order, cognizance has been taken.
