The petitioner is languishing in custody since 24.2.2011 in a case registered under sections 420, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of committing theft of motorcycle. Name of the petitioner sprang up in the confessional statement of a co accused. There is no recovery from the petitioner.
