in the high court of judicature at patna criminal miscellaneous no.2238 of 2012 ====================================================== ajablal singh .... .... petitioner/s versus the state of bihar .... .... opposite party/s ====================================================== coram: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh oral order (per: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh”24. 01-2012 petitioner being father of the husband is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences under sections 328, 304b, 120b, 341 of the i.p.c. it is alleged that for non-fulfilment of dowry demand, within seven years marriage the victim was killed by administering poison. it is submitted that the accusation is general against the entire family, whereas thrust of accusation is against the husband, who as per learned counsel for the petitioner, is in custody and other family members have been granted bail vide cr. misc. no. 36022 of 2011. considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner namely ajablal singh, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned chief judicial magistrate, banka in connection with rajoun p.s. case no. 74 of 2011.
