IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.39271 of 2011 Hareram Prasad & Ors Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- with Criminal Miscellaneous No.36630 of 2011 Shiv Bihari Prasad & Ors Versus The State Of Bihar ----------- 03/ 24.01.2012 Both the above stated petitions arise out of Nawanagar P.S. Case no. 104/2011 initially, registered under sections 307 and other minor sections of the IPC but later on, section 302 of the IPC was also added and accordingly, both the above stated petitions are being disposed off by this common order.
