ANJANA PRAKASH) 08. 24.01.2012 Even though on the last date the petitioners had refused to accept the pay-scale fixed by the University but today the stand of the petitioner is changed that this plea be kept pending till outcome of the writ application filed on their behalf with regard to reversal from Professor to Reader. A reply to the supplementary show-cause has been filed on behalf of the petitioners bringing on record an order passed in MJC No. 2386 of 2008 where considering some claims raised by one of the Readers this Court by order dated 12.08.2010 had directed payment of conditional amount under Patna High Court MJC No.248 of 2009 (8) dt.24-01-2012 various heads. The counsel for the University seeks three weeks adjournment for consideration of the case of the petitioners in the light of the order passed by this Court in MJC No. 2386 of 2008 and is ready to make payments if they so deserved.
