This is a petition for regular bail for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused Sukhal Sah, Renu sah and Sipahi Sah have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 16.11.2011 in Cr. Misc. No. 34152 of 2011. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha (West Champaran) in connection with Ram Nagar P.
