Petitioner. Versus The State of Bihar ......... Opp. Party. ---------------------------------- 02/ 24.01.2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. This is a petition for regular bail for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused Sukhal Sah, Renu sah and Sipahi Sah have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 16.11.2011 in Cr. Misc. No. 34152 of 2011.
