24. 01-2012 The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 6.01.2010 passed in a case arising from Muzaffarpur P.S. Case No. 165 of 2008 (G.R.No.1825 of 2008, Tr.No.827 of 2011) whereby the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur has been pleased to take cognizance of the offences punishable under Sections 379, 120B and 414 of the Indian Panel Code against the petitioner .
