Petitioner Versus The State Of Bihar .. Opposite party ---------------------------------- /2/ 24 January, Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the 2012 State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 366A of the Penal Code. The age of the victim has been assessed below seventeen years by the doctor (Annexure 3). The victim has disclosed her age as eighteen years in her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code. However, the victim in her statement stated that she out of her own sweat will went out of her house without informing the family members and she herself called the petitioner on telephone and when Ranjeet Kumar came she went along with him and solemnized marriage in Punjab. The petitioner is in jail since 15.1.2011. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Musahari P.S. Case No. 107 of 2011 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur. ( Gopal Prasad, J.) S.A.
