16. 01.2012 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead the Superintendent of Police, Jamui and the Investigating Officer, Police Station Jamui as party respondent Nos. 2 and 3 respectively, in course of the day. Learned counsel for the State Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh No.1 accepts notices on behalf of the newly added Opposite Party Nos. 2 and 3.
