17. 01.2012 I.A. No.30 of 2012 Heard learned counsel for the appellant in respect of bail. Considering the fact that the appellant is in custody since 01.04.2005 and there is no likelihood of the appeal being taken up for hearing as also the fact that the other two co-accused who were also convicted have already been granted bail in Criminal Appeal (DB) No.590 of 2011 by order dated 03.01.2012 and Criminal Appeal (DB) No.704 of 2011, during pendency of this appeal, let the appellant, Dilip Kumar @ Dilip Rai @ Dilip Kumar Rai be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Danapur at Patna in connection with Session Trial No.1484 of 2005.
