Bohra, for the complainant. -- Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the complainant and the learned Public Prosecutor and also perused the material available on record. It is submitted that the petitioner was arrested in connection with FIR No.148/2012, of Police Station- Ratanada, Jodhpur, for the offence u/s 323, 341 and 307 of IPC.
