IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.24 of 2012 Akshay Kumar @ Akshay Yadav, son of Ram Chandra Yadav Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 02. 17.01.2012 The application is for bail in a case of misuse. Initially the case was instituted under Sections 395 of the I.P.C. when petitioner was granted bail. The bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled on 14.03.2011. Petitioner is languishing in custody since 12.10.2011. Earlier also the petitioner misused the privilege of bail. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner will appear on each and every date before the learned Trial Court. Considering the aforesaid undertaking, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned F.T.C.-V, Aurangabad in connection with Sessions Trial No. 194A of 2010 arising out of Daudnagar P.S.
