01. 08/2012. PRESENT HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE VINEET KOTHARI Mr. Mahesh Joshi on behalf of Mr. Suresh Shrimali, for the applicant-appellant. -- 1. Learned counsel for the applicant-appellant submits that in the judgment and order dated 10.07.2012 disposing of the SBCSA No.225/08- Karam Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., this Court had given liberty to the plaintiff-appellant while dismissing his second appeal to approach before the District Collector, Sriganganagar to consider the objections of the plaintiff-appellant.

He submits that the Collector, Hanumangarh has proper jurisdiction in the matter and, therefore, the District Collector, Hanumangarh instead of District Collector, Sriganganagar, before whom, the plaintiff may be directed to approach by representation.
