(s.b. civil writ petition no.3631/2008) decided on 17.11.2008. i have also examined the facts of the case and on being satisfied that the issue under adjudication in this petition for writ has already been set at rest in the case of sohan lal mathur (supra), this petition for writ deserves acceptance. accordingly, the same is allowed. the respondents are directed to allow selection grade to the (2) petitioner on completion of the term fixed for grant of selection grades under the notifications dated 25.01.1992 and 17.02.1998. the selection grade is required to be given as per para 5 of the notifications aforesaid. the petitioner shall be entitled to avail the pay scale of rs.5000-8000 as selection grade on completion of 27 years of service. the entitlement declared above is required to be executed by the respondents within a period of six months from the date of passing of this order. 09. 01.2013 PRESENT HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GOVIND MATHUR Mr. C.S. Bissa for the petitioners Mr. Vimal Mathur for the respondents BY THE COURT : Learned counsel for the parties submit that the controversy involved in this petition for writ is no more res integra in view of the judgment of this court in Sohan Lal Mathur Vs.
