In this writ petition filed under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the impugned order dated 12.07.2011 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Divisioin), Degana, District Nagaur, by which, the trial court rejected the application filed by the petitioner under Order 11 Rule 12 read with section 151 CPC.
