1. Urmila Devi, 2. Sunil Yadav Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 2/ 18.1.2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners being the sister and brother in law of the husband are apprehending arrest in a case registered under sections 304B and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The accusation is of killing the victim and the minor child by administering poison within six years of the marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demand. Though there is general allegation against the entire family including the petitioners but the thrust of accusation is against the husband.
