1. Rameshwar Singh, 2. Sunil Singh Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 2/ 18.1.2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered under section 7 of the E.C. Act. It is alleged that on the information of the Circle Officer, police raided the place and found that Paras urea fertilizers were being unloaded on a tractor.
