1. Rameshwar Singh, 2. Sunil Singh Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 2/ 18.1.2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered under section 7 of the E.C. Act. It is alleged that on the information of the Circle Officer, police raided the place and found that Paras urea fertilizers were being unloaded on a tractor. Labourers admitted that it is at the behest of the petitioners and others that the unloading was being done. It is submitted that seizure was not made from the possession of the petitioners and the actual factum of selling the fertilizer in the black market is not being alleged. Considering the suspicious nature of accusation, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing the bail bond of Rs.10000/(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Aurangabad in Barun P.S. Case no. 192 of 2011 subject to the conditions as 2 laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. Anil/ (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J.)
