18. 01. 2012. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ramesh Chandra, learned counsel for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 117/2011/G.R. No. 1152 of 2011 registered under Sections 366 (A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Though the petitioner has been named by the informant, however, the informant is not eye witness of the occurrence as apparent from the F.I.R. itself. Having regard to the fact that victim in her statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has not been stated the name of the petitioner, hence the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today, the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Barahiya P.S.
