(ii) in the order dated 22.11.2011 passed in cr. misc. no. 38484 of 2011 has inadvertently been typed by which the petitioner was directed to file affidavit stating therein that he is not an accused in any other case and, if he is, he shall not be released on bail. hence, prayer for modification is allowed. the aforesaid condition no. (ii) in the order dated 22.11.2011 passed in cr. misc. no. 38484 of 2011 be treated to be deleted. accordingly, the aforesaid order stands modified to the extent indicated above. the order may be communicated to the court of additional sessions judge f.t.c. ii, jamui in connection with s.t. no. 560 of 2010 through fax at the cost of the petitioner.
