03. 12.2012 PRESENT HON'BLE MR JUSTICE GOPAL KRISHAN VYAS Mr. M.R. Choudhary, for the petitioner. ---------- BY THE COURT: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for direction to the respondents to provide appointment on the post of Teacher Gr.III Level I under the category of disabled persons of OBC. The main contention of the petitioner is that he has secured 127.67 marks in the competitive examination conducted by the respondents for the post of Teacher Gr.III Level-I and all other candidates having lesser percentage of marks than the petitioner have been provided appointment vide order dated 12.11.2012 vide Annexure-11 but without any reason petitioner has been denied appointment, therefore, direction may be issued to provide appointment.
