Verma, A.P.P. ........ 2/20.06.2013 Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioner Hasina Khatoon is moved by Sri Umesh Kumar Choubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri T.N. Verma, learned Additional PP. for the State. Main allegation of abduction is against co-accused Nasim Khan. It is submitted that aforesaid Nasim Khan has been granted regular bail by the learned court below vide order dated 20.04.2013 in B.P. No. 561 of 2013. There is no allegation against this petitioner that she assisted the co-accused for abducting complainant's daughter. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I allow this anticipatory bail application and direct the petitioner to surrender in the court below on or before 1st of July 2013 and in the event of her surrender, the learned court below is directed to enlarge her on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh in connection with Sadar (Mufasil) P.S. Case No. 660 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 3451 of 2012, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prashant Kumar, J.) Binit
