It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that from the allegations made in the first information report, no offence under Sections 384 & 353 of the Indian Penal Code are made out. Other offences are bailable. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I allow this anticipatory bail application and direct the petitioner to surrender in the court below on or before 29th of June 2013 and in the event of his surrender, the learned court below is directed to enlarge him on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Koderma, in connection with Koderma (Telaiya) P.S. Case No. 81 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 502 of 2013, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
