JUSTICE R.R.PRASAD For the Petitioner:Mr.R.S.Majumdar, Sr. Advocate For the C.B. I : Mr. M.Khan, Advocate 2/ 21.6.13. The only concern which has been shown by Mr.Majumdar, learned Sr. counsel appearing for the petitioner is that the petitioner is being prosecuted for the same offence by the C.B.I as well as Vigilance.
