JUSTICE P.P.BHATT For the petitioner : Mr. Rajendra Pd. Gupta, Adv. For the Opp. Parties : Mr. Srijit Choudhary, Adv. - -- 2/21.06.2013 Petitioner by way of present petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, seeking transfer of Matrimonial Case No.29 of 2013 filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, for restitution of Conjugal rights from the court of Principal Judge Family Court at Sahebganj to Principal Judge, Family Court, Hazaribagh.
