Order No.3 Dated 21st June, 2013. This matter has been taken up today because of the reason that due to urgency, this Court passed the order on 20th June, 2013 after registering the oral request as Public Interest Litigation. Mr.Sumeet Gadodia, Advocate is requested to assist the Court in this matter. The Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority, Ranchi shall pay fee to Mr. Sumeet Gadodia, who will assist this Court to which he refused to accept and offered free service. Learned counsel, Mr. Indrajit Sinha, submitted that the custody of girl has been given to N.G.O. and N.G.O. has taken the girl to Kolkata at right place. Learned Counsel, Mr. Indrajit Sinha, is requested to obtain complete name and address of the father of the girl so that notice may be served upon the father of the girl also before passing any final order. The name and address of the father of girl be furnished within a period of one week and upon furnishing the name and address, notice be issued by the Office to the father of the said girl along with copy of the order dated 20th June, 2013 passed in this petition as also copy of today's order. A copy of order dated 20th June, 2013 and today's order be given to learned counsel Mr. Indrajit Sinha and Mr. Sumeet Gadodia, Amicus Curie. List this matter on 08th July, 2013. (Prakash Tatia,C.J.)
