Kaisar Alam For the State: Mr. S.K. Dubey, APP 42/20.06.2013: Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioners Hazra Khatoon, Nasibun Nisa and Munna is moved by Md. Kaisar Alam and opposed by Sri S.K.Dubey, learned Additional P.P.
