in the high court of jharkhand at ranchi a. b.a. no. 2169 o”1. krishna karmali 2. charan karmali 3. ravi karmali .........petitioners vs. the state of jharkhand ........opposite party coram: hon'ble mr. justice prashant kumar for the petitioners: mr. p.s. dayal for the state: mr. p.k. appu, app 2/20.06.2013: anticipatory bail application filed by petitioners krishna karmali, charan karmali and ravi karmali is moved by sri p.s. dayal and opposed by sri p.k. appu, learned additional p.p. from perusal of fir, i find that the allegation of demanding extortion money is upon co-accused s.n. singh @ sachidanand singh. so far these petitioners are concerned, it is alleged that they committed mischief in the shop of informant. considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance, i allow this application and direct the petitioners to surrender in the court below by 01.07.2013 and in that event the court below is directed to enlarge the petitioners, above named, on bail on furnishing bail bond of rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned judicial magistrate, 1st class, hazaribagh in connection with charhi p.s. case no. 39 of 2013 ( g.r. no. 1462 of 2013) , subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the cr.p.c. ( prashant kumar,j.) sharda/-

Dayal For the State: Mr. P.K. Appu, APP 2/20.06.2013: Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioners Krishna Karmali, Charan Karmali and Ravi Karmali is moved by Sri P.S.
