JUSTICE JAYA ROY ------ For the Appellant: Mr. Sumeet Gadodia, Adv. For the Respondent: Mr. K.K. Singh, Adv. ------ Dated 18th June, 2013. Today in W.P.(Cr.) No.47 of 2013, the criminal proceedings initiated after lodging of FIR by the respondent- wife being Hathauri P.S.
