Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Kandra P.S. Case No. 19 of 2012, corresponding to G.R. No. 481 of 2012. Petitioner was apprehended while fleeing away after committing theft in a factory. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner Reena Devi is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Seraikella, in connection with Kandra P.S.
