LearnedcounselfortheJ.P.S.C,Mr.SanjayPiprawalinformsthat the issues raised in the present writ applications, were also subject matterofconsiderationinanothercasepreferredbyanotheraggrieved person,inwhichthematterwentuptotheHon'bleSupremeCourtof IndiaandhasbeenfinallydecidedinfavouroftheRespondentsState. He points out that the petitioners had themselves relied upon the DivisionBenchJudgmentofthisCourt,whichwasreportedin(2006)2 JLJR447. However,itwouldappearfromtheorderdated17thAugust, 2006 as also subsequent order dated 8th February, 2010 that the judgmentoftheDivisionBenchofthisCourtwasstayedbytheorderof Hon'bleSupremeCourtofIndiainS.L.P.(C)no.8345/06.Subsequently, thesaidSpecialLeavePetitionconvertedasCivilAppealNos.81188121 of2010(StateofJharkhand&Ors.Vs.AshokKumarDangi&Ors.),have been finally decided and the judgment of the Division Bench of this Courthasbeensetaside.Thepetitionershadplacedrelianceuponthe judgment of the Division Bench of this Court, which has now been finallysetasideinviewofthejudgmentrenderedbyHon'bleSupreme CourtofIndia. Inthatviewofthematter,thepetitionersmayhavelostinterest inthematterandarenotinterestedinpursuingthecaseanyfurther. Accordingly,thewritpetitionsaredismissed. (ApareshKumarSingh,J) jk
