in the high court of jharkhand at ranchi a.b.a. no.3721 of 2012 ---- ramesh sahu @ ramesh kumar sahu .... petitioner ---versus--- the state of jharkhand . ............. .........opposite party ---- coram: hon'ble mrs.justice jaya roy ---- for the petitioner : mr. a.k. sahani, advocate for the state : a.p.p. ---- 3 / 19.12.2012 heard the counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the state. the petitioner is accused in this case registered under sections 307 and 353 of the i.p.c. read with sections 25(1-b)a/ 26/27/35 of the arms act and section 17 of the c.l.a. act, in connection with khunti p.s. case no.66 of 2012, pending in the court of a.c.j.m., khunti. counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is named in the f.i.r. and his name has come on the statement of the co-accused namely sukra @ gujjar. he has further contended that the only material has come against him that he used to collect the levy from the other contractors and supports p.l.f. members and also gives information about the police to the other extremists. he has been implicated in this case only on suspicion. counsel for the state has opposed and submitted that it has come in the case diary that the petitioner is the person who collects the levy from other contractors and also helps the p.l.f. extremists group and also gives them information about the whereabouts of the police party to the said extremists group. considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the materials which has come against the present petitioner, i am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is, hereby, rejected. Petitioner ---Versus--- The State of Jharkhand . ............. .........Opposite Party ---- CORAM: HON'BLE MRS.JUSTICE JAYA ROY ---- For the Petitioner : Mr. A.K. Sahani, Advocate For the State : A.P.P. ---- 3 / 19.12.2012 Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the State. The petitioner is accused in this case registered under Sections 307 and 353 of the I.P.C. read with Sections 25(1-B)a/ 26/27/35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No.66 of 2012, pending in the court of A.C.J.M., Khunti. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is named in the F.I.R. and his name has come on the statement of the co-accused namely Sukra @ Gujjar.
