P.P. ----- 02/19.12.2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the Prosecution. Petitioners have been made accused for the offence under Sections 461, 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Bariatu P.S. Case No. 104 of 2005, corresponding to G.R. No. 2072 of 2005. The case relates to theft in a post office. Though the petitioners were remanded in this case on 13.09.2012, but they are in custody since long after recovery of the stolen KVP/NSC at Delhi. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners Rohtash Kumar and Hari Narayan are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajeev Ranjan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi, or his successor, in connection with Bariatu P.S. Case No. 104 of 2005, corresponding to G.R. No. 2072 of 2005. (H. C. Mishra, J) Umesh/-
