JUSTICE ALOK SINGH --- For the Applicant : Mr. Sanjay Kumar, Advocate. For the Opposite Party : Mr. Mukesh Bihari Lal, A.P.P. --- 03/19.12.2012 The present application is moved, seeking regular bail in Jasidih P.S. Case No. 130 of 2012, corresponding to G.R. No. 563 of 2012 for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
