No. 1972/2013 05/15-04-2013 In this I.A., the petitioner has prayed for fixing an early date of hearing of W.P.S. No. 5318 of 2012. It has been stated that petitioner is a retired person and after continuation of provisional pension for some period, the same has been stopped and other pensionary benefits have also not been paid on the ground that his pay was fixed illegally at the higher scale and the petitioner is liable for adjustment of the said amount. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has no other source of subsistence and he is facing acute hardship. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has not disputed the said contention and has not opposed the application . Considering the grounds mentioned in the application, this I.A. is allowed. Office is directed to list W.P.S. No. 5318 of 2012 under the heading "For Admission" on 19th June,2013.
