JUSTICE NARENDRA NATH TIWARI For the Petitioners : Mr. A.K. Yadav, Advocate For the Respondents : Mr. Arbind Kumar, Advocate ---- I.A. No. 1965/2013 07/15-04-2013 In this I.A., the petitioners have prayed for fixing an early date of hearing of W.P.S. No. 3234 of 2012.
