MISHRA ------ For the Petitioner : Mr. Nagmani Tiwari, Advocate For the State : Mr. S. Prasad, A.P.P. ------ 6/ 17.09.2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the Prosecution.
