In the High Court of Jharkhand at Ranchi Cr.M.P.No.706 of 2011 Deepak Bansal and others..Petitioners VERSUS State of Jharkhand and another.Opposite Parties CORAM: HONBLE MR.JUSTICE R.R.PRASAD For the Petitioners :Mr.K.P.Deo For the State :A.P.P For the O.P.No.2 : Mr.P.A.S.Pati 6/ 17.9.12. Pursuant to the order dated 5.9.2012, opposite party no.2 is present in the Court but the petitioner is absent. However, it was stated by Mr.Sanjay Bansal, elder brother of the petitioner that since the petitioner was not well, he could not come to the Court today.
