MISHRA ------ For the Petitioner : Ms. Renu Bala, Advocate For the State : Mr. Prem Prakash, A.P.P. ------ 5/ 17.09.2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the Prosecution. The petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Chouparan P.S. Case No. 75 of 2011 corresponding to G.R. No. 2257 of 2011.
