JUSTICE ALOK SINGH --- For the Petitioner : Mr. Sujit Narayan Prasad, Advocate For the Respondents : Miss Sunita Prasad, J.C. to Sr.S.C. II --- 2/10.01.2013 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite repeated requests, rent for the rented accommodation has not been paid by the respondents.
