MISHRA ------ For the Petitioner : Mr. Tejo Mistry, Advocate For the State : A.P.P. ------ 2/ 06.03.2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the Prosecution. The petitioner has been made accused for the offences under Sections 25(1-B)(a)/26 of the Arms Act, in connection with Parsudih (Sundernagar) P.S. Case No. 173 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 2292 of 2012. The petitioner was apprehended on 15.8.2012 and from his possession, two country-made pistols were recovered. In the facts of this case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, Bodan Hembrom, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri T. Ahmad, learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur, or his successor, in connection with Parsudih (Sundernagar) P.S. Case No. 173 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 2292 of 2012. ( H. C. Mishra, J.) R.Kr.
